    — What's included

This course is focusing to explain creepage in HV systems and defining safe creepage distances when comparing to design compact and safe HV systems.

Our team will provide training with the knowledge and skills you need to confidently understand creepage in dry, wet or polluted systems.

aerospaceHV have established state-of-the-art lab space incorporating test capabilities that allow us to explore creepage testing in HV systems.

    Interactive video

Allow learners to visualise and engage with real-world scenarios, making complex concepts like safe distance calculations and the impact of electric fields more intuitive and easier to understand.

    Assessments - Exams

Ensuring that learners can accurately apply their knowledge to calculate safe distances and understand the implications of various electric field conditions.

    Instructor- Prof. Ian Cotton

    Technical Director
Ian is the Technical Director of aerospaceHV. He has vast experience in the development of safe high voltage systems for use in aerospace applications having been involved in design and test work for systems used on the Boeing 787, Airbus A350 and the E Fan X project that targeted a 3kV operating voltage. He is a member of SAE and ASD standards committees that are developing the next generation of high voltage standards.

    Instructor- Dr. Juliana Beça

    MSc, PhD
Juliana is working in the development of the company’s portal with essential courses, training for aerospace and automotive companies and partial discharge testing. Juliana completed her PhD in HV Engineering at The University of Manchester.

    Instructor- Dr. Juliana Beça

    PhD
Hasti is the Research and Development Manager at aerospaceHV. Initially a graduate of Chemistry, she conducted her research in the Electrical Materials area, investigating the implications of increasing high voltage on next generation hybrid electric aircraft. Hasti holds experience as a materials researcher, and commercial knowledge within the IP sector, and technical experience in the aerospace and automotive industry.
